Case Study: GLH

Design for print and web should give a visual representation of the message you want to convey. GLH asked for the full package of web design and a revamp of all their marketing materials. We knew we had quite a journey ahead!

The background

GHL is a fantastic business, innovating in providing sleek transport services for their clients from business travel to package deliveries. We needed to tell the world that this business, with a 100% green fleet, was going places and they were taking their clients with them.

The brief

With a new brand identity it was time to promote their services, using all the media channels they had available to them but delivering a crisp, professional look that showed they meant business. Just as they talked about ‘Wish granters’ and ‘Smile makers’, delivering their services we wanted to swiftly navigate their project to build a consistent strong message that spoke of quality and style.

The solutions

With a palette of GLH Blue, GLH Grey and white, combined with images of drivers who are happy in their work and ready to go the extra mile and rounded off with a neat, no nonsense typeface we created a look which could be adapted for the full range of formats needed. The effect was just as powerful on a tiny screen as it was on a large format poster.

For the full effect every channel was to be updated to ensure that visitors to the website, social media accounts and anyone receiving printed materials would instantly connect to the new look.

The results

When you book a vehicle, whether it’s for your own travel or someone important to you, you aren’t thinking about the logistics of how they will get you there. You want the end result – your passenger arriving on time, relaxed and ready for their next task. The powerful designs we created show the drivers looking that way, so clients can be assured that if the driver is happy they certainly will be too. With the powerful mix of colour, and layouts that keep things deceptively simple, making the fleet and the team the stars of the show we made sure that GLH are streets ahead of their competitors.
