Whether it’s your social platforms or your advertising, 2023 will be the year of punchy brand value messages and striking visuals. Our customers now want to know what our values are more than ever but online, where we get split seconds before people are distracted, we need to present our values in short-form slides and images. Think: memes and inspirational quotes rather than longer-form messaging – and we would love to help you create them!

In an extension of the above, when it comes to advertising, consumers are looking to us to represent them and tell them what we are doing to make a difference in their communities. We have a long history of engaging with communities thanks to our public sector background. So this year, as well as promoting products, services and offers, we are looking forward to helping you promote the things that you are doing to support charities, people and initiatives.

Emails with meaning

Mailchimp’s new advert tagline is ‘Guess less, sell more’ – and we love it! 2023 will see a continuation of the trend for tailored, personalised and data-led email campaigns. The evolution of data collection and CRM software means that we no longer have to guess at what will appeal to our customers. In just a few clicks we have the evidence to know what our customers want from us and we can use this knowledge to sell more!
